Ever felt a distinct stirring to bring the light of the gospel to a place where it’s needed most?
New England is statistically one of the least churched regions in the country, but beneath the surface lies a spiritually hungry harvest field that is absolutely ripe for revival. If you’re a gifted communicator who is just as comfortable shaking hands in the lobby as you are preaching on the platform, this is your invitation.
Christ Community Church is seeking a high-energy, outgoing leader to serve as the Campus Teaching Pastor for our vibrant East Campus in Southeastern Massachusetts.
About Christ Community Church
CCC is a thriving, multi-site, non-denominational movement. We are Bible-anchored, Spirit-empowered, and mission-driven, with a bold commitment to reaching the lost here, near, and far away.
- Kingdom Culture:Â We are culturally, generationally, and ethnically diverse, with over 17 languages represented across our campuses.
- Active Harvest: God is moving powerfully here—hundreds come to Christ each year, and we celebrate over 100 baptisms annually.
- Local & Global Impact:Â We maintain deep partnerships with local schools and organizations, while actively sending teams globally (including a full-time CCC staff member serving in Kenya).

Campus Leadership
- Lead the Team:Â Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the East Campus staff.
- Run the House: Oversee weekend services, ministry environments, and campus operations while maintaining alignment with CCC’s multi-site vision.
